Axial, coronal and sagittal abdomen CT with both IV and positive oral contrast define Duodenal Adenocarcinoma.

— There is circumferential thickening involving 2nd and 3rd parts of duodenum.

— Thickening has created shouldering especially at proximal aspect.

— There is loss of fat plane with pancreas.

— No fat standing, no LAP.

— DDX :- Metastasis, lymphoma.

 

Diagnosing:- Biopsy confirmed duodenal adenocarcinoma.
